Good Success Private Tuition offers educational support services including but not limited to tuition in Mathematics, English, Science, GCSE, and 11 Plus preparation. We also offer online tutoring and adult education programs.

Registration and Enrolment

  • All students must complete a registration form before commencing tuition.
  • Payment of the registration fee confirms the enrolment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

  • Fees for tuition are payable in advance on a termly or monthly basis.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or direct debit.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you wish to cancel a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full.
  • Refunds for prepaid sessions will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Good Success Private Tuition.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a make-up session will be arranged.

Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for each session.
  • Respectful behaviour towards tutors and other students is mandatory.
  • Any form of disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of tuition without a refund.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Liability

  • Good Success Private Tuition will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
  • Our tutors are qualified and experienced, but we do not guarantee specific academic results.

Online Tuition

  • Online tuition sessions are conducted via approved digital platforms. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they have the necessary equipment and internet connection.
  • Online sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
